These Terms of Service govern your use of the Crawf Connects website and services operated by Blake Crawford, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Crawf Connects provides the following services:

• Social media management and content creation
• Referrals and professional introductions
• Construction consulting and contractor referrals
• Brand building for tradespeople
• Marketing, branding, and web design

All services are subject to separate written agreements between Crawf Connects and the client prior to commencement of work.

2. Referral Services

Crawf Connects acts as an independent referral agent and is not a licensed real estate agent, mortgage broker, or contractor. Referrals are made in good faith based on personal relationships and experience. Crawf Connects is not responsible for the actions, quality of work, or outcomes resulting from third-party referrals.

Referral fees may apply and will be disclosed in writing prior to any introduction being made.

3. Payment

Payment terms for each service will be outlined in a separate service agreement. Crawf Connects reserves the right to pause or discontinue services in the event of non-payment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by Crawf Connects on behalf of a client becomes the property of that client upon full payment. Content created for Crawf Connects' own brand remains the sole property of Crawf Connects.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crawf Connects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
