27,200 sq ft municipal facility on a constrained flood hazard site requiring a 3-metre elevation increase for climate resiliency. Civil scope included gabion basket wall construction, full site servicing, pipe work, earthworks, and utility management — coordinated on a contaminated site adjacent to an active wastewater treatment facility.
I'm Blake Crawford, based in downtown Vancouver with over 15 years of hands-on experience in civil construction and the trades — working on some of the most technically demanding projects in the Sea-to-Sky corridor.
I've led crews on master-planned developments ranging from 20 to 119 acres — coordinating excavation, pipelaying, structural, and all machine operations from bare site to full completion. Projects like Redbridge Squamish, Garibaldi Springs, and Finch Drive were my environment.
